Private R+ Training:

My goal as a trainer is to help pet guardians live their best life with their dog using kind, science-based methods. From basic obedience to on leash reactivity, there is a positive reinforcement based solution for the area where your pup needs a little help!

Sessions starting at $60/hour and are subject to an added fuel fee for travel more than 20 mins from pawradise acres.

Training Walks:

Training walks are great for starting your dog’s training off on the right paw or for maintenance! During these walks, I will take your Pawradise Pup for an hour to work on leash skills, socialization, exposure or whatever training will be productive to your goals!

Training walks starting at $55/hour and are subject to an added fuel fee

 Private Training Packages:

REACTIVITY PROGRAM: Does your dog bark, lunge or growl when they see other dogs, people or vehicles while out on walks? These behaviours are known as “reactivity”. Reactivity is an umbrella term for a wide spectrum of behaviors dogs perform that would be considered an over reaction to the situation they are in. Reactive behavior is not always aggressive in nature, it can be frustration based or driven by excitement. Walking a reactive dog can be tricky, frustrating and sometimes embarrassing. You are not alone, I’ve been there! My own rescue dog, Punk, was severely leash reactive - this made our walks together go from enjoyable to stressful. Punk then went from barky-lungey to my helper dog who assists me in many training sessions to help dogs who are struggling, just like she was. I want to help you and your pup get more enjoyment out of your daily walks without having to constantly scan your surroundings for triggers by finding the root cause of their reactions, teaching effective management strategies and safely working around triggers. Whatever the root of the reactivity, this four session private training package will help you and your dog tackle it together through remedial socialization exercises and relationship building games.

LOOSE LEASH WALKING PROGRAM: Ah, the elusive loose leash - a magical skill that we all wish our dogs were born with! In this four session loose leash walking program, I will give you the magical formula to achieve your goal of enjoying your walks without a sore arm, regardless of the equipment used. (Spoiler alert, the magical formula is consistency and a fantastic reinforcement history)

This program is designed to help any team with their loose leash walking, regardless of learning history. Whether you have a fresh puppy with zero  leash foundations or looking to change your walks with your adult dog, I will tailor your program to suit your needs and goals.

REAL LIFE RECALL PROGRAM:Your dog’s recall might be one of the most important tricks you have in your training toolbox. Having a dog who can safely enjoy off-leash freedom is worth its weight in gold. In this four session program, we will build a solid reinforcement history to support your reliable recall for the real world full of dogs, squirrels and deer poop, using positive reinforcement methods. For this program, the sessions will be 30-45 minutes rather than one hour as we strive for fantastic quality recalls over quantity.

$225 (includes two 30 minute Pawradise Acres rentals to practice)

We understand that public dog parks are not for everyone, that’s why we are so happy to offer our fully fenced 1+ acre play yard to you and your Pawradise pup.

  Dog walking:

all new Pawradise walkers will be required to complete the loose leash walking PROGRAM prior to walks.

Leashed solo or group walk in your pet’s neighborhood or long line trail hike at Pawradise. Whatever your pup’s preference, we’ve got an adventure for them!

$20/hour or $15/half hour | pawradise acres walks: $30/HOUR

Coming soon in the spring:

Group classes will return with nicer weather in the spring of 2024

Booking & Cancellations:

We require 24 hours advance notice for cancellations on Private training sessions, training walks and Pawradise Acres rentals. A fee of 50% of the price of the service(s) will be held for cancellations less than the minimum time permitted.

we understand life happens, please reach out asap if you need to cancel or rebook sessions.

Guidelines & Policies:

🐾 Reserving your Pawradise services:

To reserve your private training session, a deposit of 50% is required at the time of the booking. Once this deposit is received, we will reach out with details for the session. For programs and group classes, payment in full is required to reserve your spot in the class. For all other pawradise acres services, payment can be made at the date of the service.

🐾 Private Training Validity:

Private training packages and single sessions are valid for 4 months. this means that from your first to your last session, no more than 4 months will have passed. after the 4 months, your prepaid private sessions will no longer be valid

🐾 Pawradise Pups etiquette

1. Please be on time for your session so that your trainer can start the session on time. for yard rentals, if you arrive early and there is another car, please wait until they leave before heading to the park. we leave 15-30 minutes between bookings to ensure the safety of all the paradise pups!

2. Please keep your dog on leash at all times outside of the fenced area unless otherwise instructed.
